Shane Mann is the managing director of Lsect Ltd, an organisation which specialises in publishing, events, post-16 funding, performance and data within the learning and skills sector. Lsect are the publishers of two weekly newspaper titles, FE Week and Schools Week, and owner of the prestigious Festival of Education. Shane is also a Trustee of the National Teaching Awards.
